Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
For US Domestic orders, we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items past 14 days of the purchase date.
For International orders (outside the US and US Territories), we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items past 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be regularly priced, scent free, unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise with all hang tags attached and in the original condition that you received it. Please include your package slip with the return. Items must also be in the original packaging and returned within the policy return window. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returned for products that are intimate, jewelry, accessories or sale items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return/Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur.
If your return is approved, a refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Returns sent to Clarity Boutique past the policy date will be rejected. You will be contacted to have the item(s) shipped back to you at your expense.

Do we offer return labels?
Not at this time, but we hope to in the future as we grow!
Sale items
All sale/discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items if they are damaged upon arrival, or if you need a different size or style. If you need to exchange the same item for a different size or style, please send us an email at hello@shopwithclarity.com or give us a call so we can check availability and set aside the item(s) for you in advance.
If you have a defective or damaged item, please take a clear picture of the damage and email us a description of the problem with your order number. We will email you to confirm if your exchange is approved. If approved, we will provide a shipping label. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*For International Orders (outside the US), Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns not delivered. Please make sure you enter the correct return address.
